At Nottage Timber, we take pride in the quality of our woodwork; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all timber products remain in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Timber

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap to prevent any moisture damage or warping during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large timber orders, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup; for smaller hardware, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our craftsmen inspect the returned wood for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
